I go back to the hanger, get into the bunk house, and pick up something with fringe. I don’t have anything in white, or cream. You’ll see the black through my white crop top, but it’s tiny so I decide that’s okay, and put it in my purse.

Stephanie’s voice, and once again I found myself frozen to the floor. Kirsty must of felt like she was dragging a dead person as she pulled me down the stairs. 

During our short journey to the kitchen, I noticed an abundance of family photos on the walls. Not one of them had a boy in them, every photo either had Kaitlyn and Harpher together, Stephanie and Kaitlyn, Stephanie and Hayley. There wasn’t anyone who looked like they could be Kaitlyn’s father, which made me feel double as much horrified as I already was.

The meeting with the strange cat had been odd, but Theona felt no fear of the cat and soon returned to her briefly disturbed sleep.

She was woken not long after dawn, well, that of the first sun actually. She shielded her eyes with a hand and looked at the fairly large red sun lurking over the lands to the east. She rolled out from under her blanket, stood and walked over to the edge of the trail where the ground steepened considerably before turning into an actual cliff and looked across the lands in the early morning light.

James got back to his dorm and Dillon asked him how was hanging out with the girls. He said great, some changes were made about when it will happen. It will not be Halloween weekend, it will be sooner if that was fine with Dillon. Sarah’s escort to the dance said of course.

James found out from Dillon the next LGBT dance would be three weekends from then. James also informed Dillon he would be staying with the girls that weekend so Dillon would have the place to himself. James added the joke Dillon would not have to worry about James being home if he got lucky.
