Growing breasts

Does anyone know how to actually get your breasts to grow. I have done some research and found supplements may have some effect. Is there a specific one or a combination that can help.

Breast growth

is only really achieved by HRT. In certain individuals excessive use of canabis can cause a slight feminisation, but that would have to start rather early (during puberty) and would still be only slight. I have a friend, who is Vegan and her doctors have just concluded, that her breast cancer was most certainly caused by the "natural" estrogen in all the soy products she eats and drinks.

Since I know for a fact, that cervical cancer is most commonly caused by insufficiently formed estrogen in a cis woman, that diagnosis rings all too true with me. After all the estrogen in soy and other plants was not planned by nature to be used for feminisation.

I cannot recommend experiementing with the hormones, unless you have enough medical knowledge and a laboratory that does regular blood analysis for you. If you neverheless are intent on growing breasts without a doctor you can contact transformation.co.uk as a reasonably safe method, but that site is rather expensive, I warn you.

Expensive

I can only echo Monique's words hormones are the only sure way to achieve breast growth.

You can get creams etc from as Monique says Transformation but for the top quality stuff it's horrendously expensive and only has limited success couple that with a breast pump and you may if you are very lucky get some growth.

I too would not advise self medicating with hormones as this can cause all sorts of undesired side effects

The Results May Vary

Because of my own snotty nature, I regard the use of creams, and plants as pseudo Medicine.

I was messing around a bit with birth control pills, not on a regular basis, in the mid 90's, but had no real breast growth. In early 2004, I got a doctor to prescribe Spirolatone, and Estradial (2 mg). Nothing much happened. Why? Because my intestines were destroying most of the Estradial.

In early 2005, I got a quickie castration, eliminating the source of most Testosterone. That ended the need for the Spiro. Still negligible Breast growth, er maybe some.

In 2007, after my Neo Vaginal Surgery, the Doc. put me on Viville.dot Estrogen patches and it seems like in a couple months, the girls had arrived ! The reason the patches are so effective is that the Estrogen goes right into your blood stream, bypassing all the stuff that used to filter it out. Patches are expensive, I think about $150 a month, but they are the most effective. There are once a month shots but I do not believe them to be very good.

Keep in mind that there are XX folk (girls), and XY folk, (Boys) and I am XXY Non-Kleinfelter's, and that may contribute to my very satisfying breast growth. Mine are somewhere around B-C, and that is what most women are.

Estradiol patch

I have Kaiser insurance. Kaiser has a subset clinic called Gender Pathways. They use the "informed consent" model. The doctor I saw laid out all the possible scenarios, including all the hazards and possible paths I could take for transition.

She prescribed Spironolactone and Climara. Each were in low dosage and with monthly blood work, they were increased. Spiro is an anti-androgen (Testosterone blocker) and Climara, is transdermal estradiol delivered by a patch. Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone. I started out with a 0.0375 mg patch. After about six months she changed it to a 0.05 mg patch. Just last week, (six months later) another increase to a 0.1 mg patch. In researching the usage I expect another increase to two 0.1 mg patches. (0.1 is the largest dosage available) and that will be the last increase.

As for breast development, I've gained about 3 inches which the charts say is a B cup. However on my 200 lb frame it's mostly unnoticeable.

As a point of reference, I started this at age 70. I understand that the older we are when we start HRT, the less we can expect in breast growth. :o( So I may not see much more growth.

Rule of thumb

Under full hormonal therapy, the best you can hope for a post-pubescent or adult breast growth is one cup size less than your mother.

Overdose of hormones will not speed it up nor get bigger breasts.

I broached the same subject awhile back. Hang with me kid, while I diss this subject. Again.
There are a million? claims to natural substances which will increase breast growth. Most all of them worded in such a way to separate one from their money as they pass out testimony from "successful" women and men who grew their own. One of the latest hot ones is Pueraria Mirifica as the ad shows a buxom babe in Thailand with stripper sized mammillaries. "Double your breast size. Grow D sized breasts in a month."

The only thing I know of to cause that much growth in the time limit are tumors, benign or malignant. It would scare the absolute uh huh out of me if I had that kind of growth! Is there a natural way to increase one's own without paying twenty thousand to a doc to put a foreign substance, silicone, in one's own body? The answer isn't that simple and if one researches the mass each size of breast increase the truth is kinda disheartening. Going from "boy size nothing" to even an A cup one must more than double the mass. From A cup to B means five or six times the mass. B to C means something like ten times the mass. D or DD is out in the twilight zone for most although I personally knew one GG who achieved it. Much to her regret as those puppies weigh a ton.

Let's dig in and what does work? Every person is biologically different. Expect different results and time frame for each one. I am NOT a medical doctor and this is intended for information study only. I took a lot of flack for suggesting massage will increase the breast size. All the nay sayers informing me rubbing on one's body parts can't work magic. I can personally attest it does indeedie work. Prepare for the long haul. GG grow their breasts over a period of six to ten years as their hormones kick in starting around age ten and keep filling into to age twenty. It may or may not take that long if one stays after it. We live in an age where instant gratification is not only expected, we demand it. If we don't get it, we believe it isn't working. Even the breast massage crowd have their own "instant breast growth" hype and I wonder why as they aren't selling a product.

google, breast massage for breast growth, and dig in for the long haul if this is truly what you desire. I suggest using Coconut cream and or Coco Butter. Shop around it doesn't need to cost a fortune. The GG lady I received my info from massages a hundred circles on her own every single day, or she did. She has what she desired so I imagine she quit. There is a point of too much. Contacts in this world is usually fleeting. Most girls drop offline with time or shift their emails and contacts, A lot of their domains turn static, no action.

Add natural estrogen in moderation if one wishes. Keep real close attention on what is happening. Having XY DNA doesn't mean cancer won't happen. There is a lot more to all this so research, research some more. Don't get disheartened if what one wants doesn't magically happen overnight. Remember, if one achieves the desired results what they have is all their own without the plastic bags under the skin. I would think that would be enough incentive for everyone but we go back to instant gratification thingie again.

"IF" one reads about the vacuum cups and such for growth, read and research enough to know most say it is only temporary without constant use. Quit and in six months or less everything goes back to the way it was. I haven't read any data on massage pumps so I have no idea. Not up to speed on this one.

I wish all the girls and boys, and those somewhere in between a life of happiness.

Gynecomastia can result in minor to major breast growth, like happened with me. (Have you seen all the ads for lawyers wanting Risperdol 'victims'? That was a huge cause of gyno). Sometimes it just happens. My endocrine system has always been naturally messed up. Been getting tested quarterly to see if things can get balanced. One time, the lab called frantically that something happened and they needed to rerun my tests. Reason? My T was below minimum FEMALE level testosterone (yes, women have T) and my estrogen was WAY above male maximum. So was progesterone, and prolactin was a bit high. The lab thought they'd gotten some samples mixed up. End result - I've got a pair of 40Bs that just grew on their own without me trying anything. (But like a typical male, I often think that if I had to grow breasts, why couldn't I have grown a truly spectacular pair?)

The human body is a fiendishly complicated feedback system, where everything affects everything else. What works for one may not work for another. Something may unexpectedly cause great success with you. It's best to not mess with it unless you know for certain what you're doing and can monitor critical hormones and enzymes.

I wish there was a better answer. (Hell, if there was a good, safe, guaranteed way, there are days I'd give myself F or G cups!)

Overrated

My partner had 32DD when I met her. She was 24 and 5'2". They were trouble then.

As the years passed she crept up to a 36GG oh, and her weight went from 8st 5lb to 10st 8lb, with type 2 diabetes onset. Her back nearly killed her. Finding bras was difficult, clothes not much less so, especially for someone that short.

Now she's lost 2 stone and she's back to ~32C ish, dropped from a size 16 to a 8/10 (UK sizes). This is a shame becuase we used to swap clothes, now hers are all too small for me.

Be thankful for what you already have, my friend.

Sometimes it just happens.

Sometimes it just happens. Mine appeared four years ago. And no, they aren't beer boobs while I don't drink beer and I'm not overweight (172 lbs at 6'1"). The only clue was flax seeds in my daily diet for more than a year. When they appeared they were A and now they are size B and very sensitive. I can't cover them because this way I'll draw an unneeded attention to them.
