I was reading (and commenting on) Haylee V's hilarious flash, "The Mandela Shift", and I was flattered to catch this near the bottom:

The first sixteen parts (five postings) of my long Bikini Beach story are considered "more like this" even though there's absolutely no resemblance to this story.

Thanks for the free publicity. And yes, I find that amusing as well. I did, however, get misled, until I scrolled to the bottom to read the ENTIRE post. I got caught up in the very first part, which reads as follows:

... has a splendid sense of humor: A
horrific) about to occur. Then there'

Almost as if it's calling my sense of humor horrific and sticking out a tongue, which, given the contents of the story, would be apropos...

Now that I realize it, my comment taken out of context looks rather different. To tell the truth, it looks a bit like Dissociated Press.

I am curious, was I the only one to get all my stories down at the bottom (more like this) section? Or did you and others as well?
