Okay, so I'm kinda scared. See, this morning, while I was in a kind of half-sleep/half awake state, I felt a jolt of energy in my head, and my body twiched and trashed. Only lasted a couple of seconds. But about a minute later it happened again. I had maybe four, maybe five of these events, and then it just stopped.

Needless to say, Monday Morning I have to get a hold of my doctor, and see if they can figure out what happened.

In the meantime, hugs, prayers, and good wishes appreciated.

I hope Monday goes well for you

May you and your Doc figure this out soon so you can have enough spoons to do what you want, and not worry about yourself or others.

well

might not be a seizure. People with seizures usually dont remember them.

Spasms

Myotonic spasms caused by chilled muscles with or without imbalance in blood salts can cause the symptoms you describe. I get these all winter long because I like sleeping in a cold room. An extra blanket across the feet or wearing socks to bed can help prevent them.

See the doctor. It might be time for an encefalograma. (EEG)

About a year ago, I would have episodes where my memory would disappear for no apparent reason. There was also a disconnect from reality when this started. My wife got very concerned when I couldn't remember her name for about 15 minutes. My dogs, were also concerned. It is as if they sensed the problem. I went to the hospital and after a cat scan and MRI, we found that I had a tumor compressing the front part of my brain. It was causing what amounted to short circuits.
Thank God, it was benign, so my surgeon went in, and pretty much scraped it out. There have been some memory problems since, and seizures still continue, but all in all, it's worth the surgery.
