They didn't
They never quite got around to it being distracted bysomething happening with or to Stella, I think it may have been the kidnapping. They did go to Stanebury later on, in fact, Cathy has been there probably three or four times including just with Danni for the funeral of Alice.

Since I put Tommy to bed, I've been reading "Easy as Falling off a Bike" again to catch up with where I left off. And, I swore I remembered something about them being at Stanebury for a celebration of their wedding. Maybe it was the talk about it that I was remembering. The 75-year-old synapses may not be working well. :-)

and thank you for the advice you gave me about sorting Grammarly. I am not a computer person, I do what I have to to achieve what I want but at times I struggle as my university course is demonstrating. I hope you're enjoying Bike, I reread it a couple of months ago and had forgotten how addictive it can be though I'm not sure why, especially on me as I wrote it - usually in a hurry, which is obvious at times. Had I known it was going to continue as it has, I probably would never have started.

I know Tommy became addictive to me and others, and I never, ever expected it to go on as far as it did. I still miss it.
I started speed reading Bike and have made it to Chapter 1822, and I'm still remembering pieces and parts. Just can't remember where I stopped when I last read it. DUH!
