Last week I was locked out of BigCloset for three days, unable to login because either my username or my password was unacceptible. Could not even use the link to change the password-- because when I did, I got a message the link was bad, or backfetch had failed, or the link was no longer valid, or (really the topper) that I had already used the link before.
Same thing yesterday. Today I only got backfetched twice.
I miss this sight. I really do.

Some of this seems ro be our firewall service having troubles, but Piper will look into it.

While I haven't had too many problems with logging in on my main computer, I have had the back fetch error when trying to log in on my iPad. I'll again later to see if it is still glitching.
The problem I have on my main computer, a Mac using Safari, is when trying to refresh the site, it will get part way done and then goes to an empty white screen.

…is an issue with the ad blocker and safari and BC. Exclude BC from blocker and everything works again. Or use a different browser

no blocker and using seamonkey and I frequently get blocked out with the white screen for days on end.
and I don't have a mac.

Similar Problem
Late last week, I came for my usual browse of the site. When I wanted to leave a comment, I discovered I wasn't logged. I tried and was denied because user name or password didn't match. After several tries, I requested a new password. The site said it sent an email to my email address. It never arrived. Three time I tried and three time a password was sent to my email address and never arrived.
Late Saturday (I think) I tried and got the email and was able to reset my password. No trouble since.

Been over a year for me
Got with Piper and set a new password together. Been fine ever since, just can't change password /shrug
Now it's the BC Discord General channel won't let type, but the other channels seem to work fine. Decided lately that tech just hates me /sigh
