well, I go back to the psychiatrist tomorrow for an update on the meds he gave me. I am up to 2 pills a day, and honestly, I cant feel any difference. Ah, well, at least I get a couple of hours as Dorothy. Which I really, really need badly.

Medication - Effect
Hello Dorothy,
I think you should be glad that you have not yet got any dramatic effect of your medicine, That showed that your brain is well protected. Beside some of the known narcotics, the effect on the brain is difficukllt to achieve. This might be evolution's way of protect us from most of all substances that we meet in our daily life. Some the medicines that are used will not show full effect until after four months of medication, so just keep on and take the medicines as prescribed. If you stop there is no way of checking on the blood concentration, and the doctor cannot see if 1. it is too low dosage or 2, a change of medicine would be better for you.
