I did not realize ....

that I did 63 therapy sessions this last year. I met with my (wonderful and talented) therapist today and we had to submit more paperwork for my VA disability claim and was amazed at how much work I have done. She told me not to read the neurological report on me as it would likely upset me (great thing about being in the military is obeying directions/orders). If all goes well I will get my 70% disability raised to 100% in the next 3 months.

The best part of getting my 70% disability is the VA system takes care of me and I do not have to pay for my meds anymore. If I get 100% disability they cover dental too (and I need dental work done). The claim process takes forever ... but they are fair. So everyone keep your fingers crossed for me (and pray) that I get that 100% rating.

So much work ... and still mountains to climb and flowers to smell.

Without my brothers and sister here it would have been so much harder, so thank you for being there for me.

I can't say enough...

...about what therapy has done for me. I'm so glad you have someone you can trust; the whole key in a therapeutic relationship. And that things will be easier financially. Good for you!

Good luck...

Good luck getting your 100%.

And don't get confused; don't smell the mountains and climb the flowers instead...
