well, my cluster headaches have returned. See, just before I started transitioning, I started getting these mysterious pains in my face, centered on just below my right eye. Eventually they found out that they were "cluster headaches", sort of like migraines but different spot, and that they were stress-related.

They went away when I started my transition, probably because I took a serious part of my stress off my plate by living authentically, but I guess it was too much to hope for that they wouldn't ever come back.

Ah, well

Remedies

I have TIA's, Occular Migranes, and Muscular pain head aches. The one thing that the Doctor stresses that seems to help is to drink at least 2 liters of Water a day. If I start getting a headache, I drink water.

I also have Fibro Mialgia and when they told me the diet to adhere to I did it. Here it is: No Aspartain (Diet drinks), No High Fructose Corn Syrup, No food dyes, No white sugar, NO MSG, No processed food, Eat lots of fresh vegetables. You may also have TMJ. Ask your doc about it. My divorce cured that.

Observing that diet as closely as I can means I am pretty much pain free, not like many Fibro Mialgia sufferers.

Pain management

If you have pain that would make the 10 on your doctor’s pain chart appear to be a smiley face on a chimpanzee, get a bottle of Rhus tox (poison oak extract) and put 4 tablets under your tongue. The pain will be gone almost before the last tablet is dissolved.
