Sometimes I wonder if I'm blessed or I'm cursed.

Not too long ago, I was asked to work on a prominent TG celebs autobiography. It turned out that they merely wanted a consultant and though I was heartbroken that I wasn't going to be doing any actual writing (even though initially that was what I was doing) I have been able to act as a guide and I am grateful for that.

So, I advised and I wrote a few short pieces in anticipation of the next big novel (Phenom - the fourth book of the God Bless the Child saga) and this celeb has gone all over the place doing great things while the book circles in a holding pattern. I wish I was that busy, but I got my own life. But, one thing she did do while hobnobbing with the upper crust is drop my name to someone who might be the next big TG celeb on the horizon.

I got an email from an undercover narcotics officer, something that is rarely a good thing, especially considering my background. Turns out that she is transgender and she was looking for someone to write her biography. My name was mentioned and she wondered if I could recommend someone. Of course, I mentioned me and I also mentioned another TG writer who has experience with law enforcement. Long story short, I was picked.

So now I am excited. I get to write something that intrigues me. I have never written a biography, but I think my style lends itself to that genre. I have an agenda (people on facebook will know what it is) and this will further that agenda. I think this could be quite the awesome work. I've been disappointed with the TG biographies available, so I'm hoping I can write one worth of best seller status. I might ask a few in the community for help. I know my strengths, but I also know my weaknesses. Wish me luck.

BTW, the working title for the book is "Deep Undercover: The (subjects name) Story" Subtitle: A girl playing a guy playing another guy (her choice there)

Wow, that's awesome! I hope it becomes a big hit when it goes public. I have given up on writing my own autobiography, since I can't even remember what I ate for lunch. I have a terribly bad memory. I think I may need a personal assistant.
