Okay, I feel the need to offer an explanation. Where I have been? Why have I written another story when I haven't finished the last one?

To be honest, I've I had the idea for Trey and Me rattling around in my head when I was going full bore with Claire. I borrowed the idea really from my favorite author on here, Jan S. Trey and Me is not a chapter story. Each submission of Taylor and Trey's adventures...will be a stand alone story of its own, much like Scenes From a Kid's Life and Letters From Skye (if I spelled them correctly, I just woke up), still my favorite series of stories here.

That style also fits what's going on with my life. I've met, fallen in love, with the most remarkable woman on the planet and spending time with her means a lot less time online. Throw that in with my other passion, ballet, work and child raising, and well there isn't a whole lot of time left over.

As for Claire, it's become somewhat of my version of Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Unfinished Portrait. I have a general idea how I want to finish it. But I've got to get from here to there and have run a little into writer's block. I also have to reread to refresh my memory since my copies of the chapters were stored on another computer and they are pretty much history. But I do intend to finish, but I want to do quality work. And I felt I did rush and not flesh out my latest addition to that story. I did the same with Emerging from the Coccoon, of which the last chapters I must somehow retrieve from Fictionmania, but I haven't been to that site in quite sometime. It was down the last time I tried to retrieve.

Sorry I've been gone so long!

Welcome back, Torey, it's been too long, but I happy it's for happy reasons.

Hugs and Joy,
Jan
