You can go to |My account| then |Edit| and pick which blocks show on the page under |Block Configuration| which is down below the theme choices. The "tgterror2011contest" block is about the seventh one on the list. Uncheck the box there, hit submit at the bottom of the page to save your changes and you will no longer see the block.
