Tonight's is being written as you read this. I've been marshalling on the Tour Series race at Exeter. Actually, I was selling programmes, but it helped the event, which was raising money for prostate cancer charities. The riders all 50 of them were hurtling around Exeter at far from safe speeds, there was at least one crash -but it was good spectator sport.

I've only just got home, so tonight's bike will be racing along as soon as I can write it.

I just wonder ...

... if you were wearing a mini skirt like the programme sellers at the velodrome. I'm sure you'd be a knockout although when I last saw you, your legs were covered by very wet trousers :)

It was a lovely evening here in Derbyshire. I hope it was as good in deepest Devon. If so you and the spectators will have had a great evening's racing.

Geoff

Thank you for helping...

my father no longer has his prostate - and, you can guess why. Yep. So, thank you and the racers. Sounds like a good time was had by most, if not all, as well - all the better. Looking forward to the episode when you manage to finish it (if you don't fall asleep first).

Thanks,
Annette
