To both my readers:

I will be away on holiday from tomorrow for a week. I'm staying in the UK - actually up in the Lake District at a friend's house. I will try and post a few episodes, but can't promise anything as I don't think my dongle will work - my friend's house doesn't have good mobile reception.

Normal service will be resumed when I get home - I did ask Bonzi to cover for me, but he declined, threatening to kill all my characters, 'cos I'm not taking him with me - can't get his bike in the car (or that's what I told him).

Enjoy the break.

I hope the granny gears are in good order because it's a bit lumpy round there :) Oh and I hope your boots are packed too.

Enjoy your trip

Enjoy your trip and don't worry a bit about not producing any Bike episodes. I'm sure all your Bike-addicts will actually survive.

When you do get home be sure to watch out for any "presents" that Bonzi may have left for you by way of welcome^H^H^H^H^H^H^Hretaliation!

{I leave a trail of Kudos as I browse the site. Be careful where you step!}

I Protest!

As I am both of your two readers :)
Ah what the hell, you deserve a few days off, just make them productive and in all your spare time write ahead a few dozen installments so that this does not happen again when you have a legitimate reason for slacking off.
Bonzi probably threw you out so that he could get some much needed rest, the poor dear is worked like a slave, I am sure his paws are nubs!
Take care ;)

Both your readers?

They must be slow then...given the number of hits that the Bike episodes receive.

I hope you enjoy your break, and on behalf of all of us, thank you A&B for not leaving us with a cliffhanger prolonged by the hiatus.

Hmmm, bicycles for felines... the mind boggles!

May the weather

stay fine and the rain stay away (some hope in the Lake District!)

Enjoy yourself Angharad, You deserve it.

Hugs Kirri

You can take the time...

After all, some of us take the time (even if it's not voluntary) away from your compelling saga. (I'm sneeking on - briefly - from my father-in-law's PC. Okay, not really sneeking, but they'd probably prefer I were out interacting.)

Have fun. Perhaps I'll catch back up, by the time you get back to regular posting.

Anne

P.S. You seem to have a lot of comments from other folks that may be claiming to be your other fan. I find it interesting how they're all fighting to claim they're your other reader.

Holidays.

Enjoy the break Angharad. The Lakes are a beautiful area but make sure the brakes on your bikes haven't been sabotaged by a jealous Bonzi.

P.S. The sparkle weekend in Manchester falls on the 9th, 10th,11th of July. You're right close to pop down and enjoy a few hours looking it over.
On second thoughts, I think you'll prefer the biking and the companionship of your friends. Will it be mountain biking or roadwork. Either way you'll need some really low gears for that area (Hardknott Pass is a bloody killer!!).
At one point it seems to be uphill in every direction, I mean how does that work? By rights you should be at the bottom of a lake.
Whatever it is, enjoy the scenery, enjoy the companionship and enjoy the biking; clear your head; and have a good time.

Hugs,

Beverly.
