I have been thinking a bit about dreams lately. I know that dreams may not tell you much about your past or your future, but I think they sort of point to where you are at the moment.
For example in the last couple of days, I've had a couple of very interesting dreams. In the first one my ex was facing me with a suitcase packed and telling me she couldnt stay with me. Now, in reality, it was pretty much the reverse, as I was the one who left, but I think the dream means I might be getting closer to an acceptance of the fact that the relationship failed.
the other dream was a little girl running in a field and being picked up by a man who obviously loved her and she loved him. At first I thought this little girl might be my daughter which would make me the man, but then I looked at the child again, and realized it was me, and the "man" was God Himself. I take the dream to mean I'm starting to see myself as acceptable to God as a woman, and that's a good thing.
So, what do you guys think?

Dreams are strange. The brain has a lot of work to do while we're asleep, sifting through our memories in an effort to decide which ones are worth keeping, and it doesn't really care how many of them our consciousness can access in the process.
But that doesn't matter. You know what, I couldn't give a flying fuck about what your God may or may not think. If he exists - and in my opinion that's a bloody big if - then he's the one who put you in this situation. Stop apologising for him.
I've never met you, but one thing I know. You are a woman, and that is a good thing.

If you don't want to believe in God, that's fine, but please, show a little respect for the beliefs of others. Your problems with the existence of God are yours. For those of us who do have faith in God, it gives us comfort in knowing that He is there and that He cares. I'm sorry that you can't share that comfort but please don't show disrespect.
