Martin and I have created Frankenstein's PC out of his old PC and some parts. The OS is in french and for some reason my copy of office did not want to install in English, so that's in German, but I have a working comp to write on again. Now hopefully I can get some work done on my serials, Novels and the last of the intro stories for the Hyperverse I've been trying to flesh out.

So hopefully, if I'm porductive this week, you'll all be seeing something from me soon :)

Also thanks o all those who sent messages and offered encouragement and help with comp and tech stuff, I have the best readers ever.

*big hugs to you all*

At least I have a decent understanding of French now, living here in Montreal. German though, that's gonna take some work lol

Don't take me too seriously. I'm just kitten around. :3

Instead of using german office

You could always download and install open office as it can open any format from MS Office and several other formats as well.

Congrats to having a PC alive

Congrats to having a PC alive and working, though mixing French and German only means the German will eventually take over easily...

Well,

Ever hear of Lorraine and Alsace?

Is that like German/Chinese

Is that like German/Chinese cuisine, where an hour later you're hungry for power?

I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

Good to finally hear back from you... Again...

Hopefully you'll be able to either get all of that sorted out and all back in one language, if not getting all of it in English. I do hope things work better for you now. Looking forward to reading what you write. :)

Peace be with you and Blessed be

Was the name of my second Commodore 64 that was really a upgrade that was tinkered with to a high degree. The poor thing was made from a couple of Commodore bodies hack together in a old craftsmen tool box. We wired a separate keyboard that we had to workout of spare parts. We had no Idea what the IBM pc would be like but it was a primitive form of that. Worked great until my mate at that time post a cup of water into the tool tray on top.

We even had GEOS as a operating system if any one remembers that we burned it to a ROM hacked a fiew lines of basic and it ran off of a game cartage we kluged to work.

No other language tho thankfully it was all basic the last language I could program in.

So it was brain surgery eh?

"You know, there's something I've been meaning to ask you. In the transference, the monster got part of your wonderful brain. But what did you ever get from him?"

^_^

Lot a good thing in our case I guess :)
