If you're using OTC meds for relief ... Please check your age versus the drug https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diphenhydramine.
When I was just a 'youngster' of 62, the drug made me momentarily ( <30 seconds ) forget my name. In her mid 90's, my Mom got weird visual (not quite hallucinations) overlays.
Take care, feel better quick ... well, feeling better instantly would be best.
