Well, I did it. Posted my very first, ever, contest story. Crossroads. It's another of those stories that oozed its way to the surface, bit by bit. First came the title, then the rest sort of fell into place. I can't remember the number of times I read and reread the finished story and added this or that, or changed this or that. But, in the end, liked the finished product enough to post it for the contest.

I've another story to finish writing, I started it two years ago before some eye surgery, which bummed me out a bit, which is why the story hasn't been finished. And to top it all off, I've got another story running around in my gray matter that keeps being added to as I keep thinking more about it each day. Ah, well, such is life. Think think think, the stuff that makes up life.
