As much as it pains me to say this, I fear that future chapters of Mother's Child will be coming far less frequently or even regularly. When I started posting I was seven chapters ahead, having started writing this tale in January. Between the necessary re-edits, changes in story lines as things developed and other life issues, I have now caught up with myself. Chapter 10 only exists as a rough draft still in the process of re-writes, and future chapters are only concepts.

I would like to tell you that I hope to go to a two week schedule for posting, however, please do not be disappointed if even greater intervals creep in between some chapters. I will do my best, but I must give my hard-working editors time to work their magic, and they have their own lives to handle as well.

So I promise to continue the story to its conclusion, but how long that will take at this point and how often I will post, is anyone's guess.

I apologize to my readers,

Waterdog

You know

Waterdog, I am so enthralled by your story that I am willing to wait awhile to see more of it. I find your style to be intriguing. Please sally forth and tilt the windmills.

Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear - not absence of fear.

Excellent tale

It's an excellent tale so is worth the wait to get it right.

Planning disrupted

Waterdog so what if you have passed your planned place, that means that you are a fantastic writer and are passionate about your stories and how they are presented. We will gladly wait to see what happens next and it does not matter how long it takes. Just don't burn yourself out. I know how hard that is as the story i posted is still incomplete and I still struggle with ideas for it. Thank you for letting us know that there will be delays and to why, so that we are not left in the dark.

Have fun and happy writing
