What's with this pop up at the top of every page?
Everything seem to be working alright, but it seems to be slow.
Notice: MemcachePool::getstats(): Server 169.197.80.98 (tcp 11211, udp 0) failed with: Connection refused (111) in require_once() (line 19 of /var/www/html/bcmain/armoire/sites/all/modules/memcache/memcache-lock.inc).

the server was down
so likely based on what it is saying is that the page might not be fully updated as it could be pulling an older file from memory to display, or some other type of archiving efforts

I had the same message a couple of times earlier today. No clue what caused it. Each time I was trying to load a new/fresh page.
