so for the last week, I've been dealing with a rather nasty flu, mostly settling into my nose and throat.
So when I tried to talk on Discord or on the phone, I basically had no voice at all.ge
Then yesterday, things managed to get worse.
I broke out in hives all over my back and belly.
I called the local health line, and they told me getting an allergic reaction to a flu virus does happen, and the best I can do is treat the symptoms until my immune system kicks out the flu causing the trouble.
Fortunately, all my huggles are fully sterilised from all viruses - except of course girl germs.
you guys are on your own when it comes the those . . .

Second opinion
I think there are things more likely than an allergy to the flu to explain your symptoms. I think you should ask an actual doctor who is in your presence. I am myself allergic to one strain of cold virus, so it can happen, but it is not first on the list for explanations.

Sorry, I have to keep some hugs for self maintenance. Some of the stuff I see on the 'net or the news is more than enough to make me want to shut down the computer and play Solitaire with real cards while my bread is rising.

I am not among those blaming you for my 'girl germs'. I've had a low-level chronic infection for decades, enough to let me really enjoy the Excellent stories here. And my occasional 'girl germs' outbreaks are quite pleasant. {Insert Big Smiley Face}
