No more writer's block! For now, at least.
My friend found my missing flash drive in his floorboard, so tonight I'll be checking to see what I might have lost if it got messed up- thank the gods for backups.
I got some more done on a few stories last night- about a page each. Not massive, but it was enough to get my brain going again!

Stationery bike
I pedal my way through my head and occasionally shift gears, all the time laying down a trail with my pen.

PS: I did have a pretty nice bike, but it was stolen about a year ago :(
Stationery bikes ...
... are what one uses when it's too unpleasant to go out and when I'm even too lazy to ride my stationary one. I'd like to think J K Jerome rode a stationery bike when he wrote 'Three Men on a Bummel'. I love the distinction.
We have a surplus of moving bicycles in our bike shed. Pity we can't lend you one to replace the one stolen as we probably live far apart in the real world.
