The new, new server arrives tomorrow. Bob and I are going to spend tomorrow conditioning it to go in place as the main server and hope to have it in place by a week from Saturday, or maybe the Saturday after that.
At that time, BC will be moved to the big muscular new server and the current BC server will inherit all the remaining stuff from the old rental server in Los Angeles. Within a month, we'll close down the rental server and just have the two new colos. Oh, and the small server I still have in Pennsylvania as a backup DNS.
This will be a good setup for us for the next year or so, by which time we should know how soon we need to upgrade again. Once this newest server is paid off, (it's more than half paid for in the Hatbox page already), I'll work out how our new finances are looking and decide if I need to keep a piggybank going for future upgrades.
Just keeping everyone aware of what is happening on the hardware and finances front. :)

I think I'm getting all hot and bothered. Just imagine the sight Erin and Bob in those skin tight, crimson, leather cat-suits; black patent leather, 4" stiletto heeled, thigh-high boots; their hair pulled sexily into French twists forcing their domination over those weak-willed server-thingies... and they said this website wasn't into fetish BDSM, HA! Those poor new server systems WILL behave!!!
