Tomorrow, June first is my birthday, but we celebrated it today. Three of my children were here and so were five of my grandchildren. I barbequed two chataubriands and a butterflied leg of lamb. All came out perfect, medium rare. The day was perfect, with the exception of no sunshine. I didn't mind because, don't say it, my kids were all the sunshine I needed.
