Today I've run across a book by T. Aaron Payton, 'The Constantine Affliction.' It's a Victorian Steam-punk book with a strong TG element. Neither primary characters are affected, but several secondary ones are.
Since it is by Baen Books there are teaser chapters and can be purchased though their E-book service.

A plug for Baen eBooks

eBooks from Baen are available in several formats including Sony,Kindle and ePub. Once you purchase a book, you can download any format, several times, say if your preferred reader changes. All are DRM free so you can move them around onto different devices if you wish.

They also have many titles for free. Often this is the first book in a series which is a devious trick to suck you in. Most titles are reasonably priced at around $6. However, the other devious trick they employ is to put out Advanced Reader Copy (ARC) versions before publication for $15, so those of us who can't wait for the next Liaden Universe book will fork it over.

On the other hand they will package multiple titles of a series into a discounted bundle.

If you are a science fiction buff, check them out.

Bundles

"On the other hand they will package multiple titles of a series into a discounted bundle."

Another trick, although the prices are cheap enough I'm not too bothered.

You find a story that interests you, possibly in the Free Library. Purchase more, and suddenly you find that the next one you want in the series isn't available... except as part of a bundle, the other books of which you have already bought... D'oh! Happened to me twice so far.

On the other hand, Baen books is one of the good guys. I've been buying from them for around ten years now. Cheap, DRM free, and genres I'm interested in. Now, if they were to do TG as well...
