Other version than at Apple
Is this another version than the one at Apple? The one I purchased in the Apple book store is incomplete and have not all the storyline.

We're not selling it through Apple. This is a new edition from DopplerPress via Kindle and the old edition is no longer available through Kindle.

Loved the story but...
It needs another book, I hope. "Revenge is best served cold" and I'd love to see the full menu.

The two versions are, to the best of my knowledge, identical but the Doppler press Version is cheaper and it supports BC.
I have almost completed the second book, (285 pages,) called 'Mindful 2. There are two chapters left where she completes her searches in Australia but I'm undecided as to how to finish the book. I've had suggestions from others but sadly it seems to me that as long as she lives there will always be others seeking to capture her and somehow abuse her gifts. (Stealing her genes perhaps). This means she would always be hiding.
I've considered her learning of a way to exist telepathically in the minds of her growing 'family' of telepathic children and therefore letting her body die while her 'soul' (Is that the right word for an atheist like me?) goes marching on.
Not the right word
Soul has religious connotations, of death, and the "Afterlife", meaning what goes to heaven, or hell, when worldly existence ends.
Consciousness would fit what you describe much better, as she has not died, just evolved into a new form of life, but still very much alive, and aware of her existence, however transformed it may be, therefore conscious of it.

Just finished Mindful
Bought it on Amazon so I hope that supports BC and Beverly. Overall a very good book. Lots of detail, well developed characters and some real surprising twists as you read. I finished it in two days because it was hard to put down. The only disappointment was at the end which was kind of jarring but certainly set up for the sequel.
Bev, please don't make us wait too long.

I have just finished reading you book Mindful and it was spellbinding I had a hard time putting it down. I see you have start a sequel I will be reading with with anticipation.
