Needs a better description
The story is also a forced change and also involves sex ( though not totally graphic per se ) with a sentient though non-human entity. This is Julie's other side of her muse just to let people know.
Kim
Oh boohoo.
Don't get your panties in a twist, it's a nice story and essentially sweet. Don't make a big deal out of the forced change aspect or inter-species sex. Gosh, it's only minor, don't be a total xenofoob.
Jo-Anne
Yay, Julie!
I agree, Jo... but there are those who're uncomfortable, so we need to be respectful of their feelings. They aren't forced to read it.
However, I *do* happen to agree with you that the story is very sweet, and being a fan of both TG and TF stories, it punched all my buttons. Julie's a wonderful storyteller, and I'm kinda glad this isn't tied to the Julieverse, but I wouldn't doubt for a nanosecond that she'd find a plausible way of doing so!
Why don't y F off yourself
So I insulted your taste. Boo hooo Boo hoooo yourself. Why don't you get your boxers in a twist.
Kim
ROTFL
You show your colours quickly don't you Kim? No you didn't insult my taste, I think you were overzealous about tagging Julie's story. Sooo sorry if I ruffled your whiskers wrong.
Jo-Anne
Please...
Ancestors come before, descendants after
An excellent story!
As near as I can tell, an entirely original love story. One with strong elements of fantasy, but a love story nevertheless.
I'm glad to see Julie definitively out of the rut she was starting to get into where she kept using the same improbable technology in too many different places.
