I really need help in reigning in what to actually try to work on...another author informed me that I have too many irons in the fire.

I know, in the end it should be my decision...but I think I need a push off the diving board to actually finish at least ONE project before jumping to another.

So...
I’ve prepared a list of titles...and if I could get a comment or two, three, or four...on which one to buckle down on and complete:

All is Well
Brilliant Disguise
Enchantment
Every Step of the Way
It Can Only Go Up From Here
Jazeta Amber Daniels
Leaves that are Green
Life in a Northern Town
Missing Person
Queen of the Masquerade Ball
Right Down the Line
Right Here Waiting
Searching for John Louis
Strawberry Whipped
Stripping the Light Fantastic
Sweet but Psycho
The Last Day of Our Acquaintance
The Mighty Pharaohs
The Tide is High
Turn of a Friendly Card
When She Stops Saying She Loves You
You Can Call Me Queen Bee

My thoughts

As I’m an Alan Parsons fan especially the album with the same name, I have to say that your post put a Gold Bug in my ear. I fear there May Be A Price To Pay for you to find the Time to get around all the Games People Play to continue the story.

As not only a fan.....

But a collector of Alan Parson, I hope you are not too much On Air about this, or suffering from the Gold Bug. So remember, Try Anything Once and you may find A Valid Path.

That one has been hard to

That one has been hard to work on. I have a few on this list that take an emotional toll on me because I try to incorporate so much into my characters in order to get the right voice.

Obsessive Compulsive?

I don't keep track of how many stories I have cooking. Maybe a few? I usually have one that grabs me and that is what I work on until it is finished.

This is just the list from the ones I have on the site. I have a lot more that are in various forms of development

use ALL the list!

Try, for fun, to use all the list in a single story?

The Tide is High and the Leaves that are Green as I search for a Missing Person. He was the Queen of the Masquerade Ball, Sweet but Psycho; such is Life in a Northern Town. It Can Only Go Up From Here... what's to fear?? yada yada.

Good luck! (You Can Call Me Queen Bee)

The print on the spine would

The print on the spine would require a magnifying glass.
Still, I could tie with Fiona Apple’s album for longest name.

Pick the one that seems closest to "done".

Pick the one that seems closest to "done", the one you most sure of how it will 'wrap up' and finish. Don't spend a lot of time on this, maybe 5-10 minutes, or see which one 'pops out' at you tomorrow morning, then polish it off.

Then you have a success, you have one story 'off your plate', and the success will give you the the satisfaction/impetus to repeat for the next story. If a story won't 'cooperate' with getting finished, maybe make some notes on it, and move on.

Happy writing, happy finishing! Oh, and please let us know, so we can enjoy!

I enjoy most of what you

I enjoy most of what you write, so to pick one would be almost impossible. I think pick the one closest to done and work on that. :-)

I've been so jealous of all the beaded and sequined dresses and pantsuits Nuuan wears when performing with her unmatched talents with virtually almost every string instrument made while thrilling the audience with her singing. Honestly, I hate the girl she's so talented. I decided to stage a come back performance. Unable to gather a real live band again. All my friends are in the nursing home or their kids won't let them wander too far from the house. I find the perfect launch pad for my come back. Mix my own, make my own CDs, and world yep I'm back! Impressive huh? I'll be generous and mail out CDs to all my friends and family for Christmas.

Barb you know good and well...

Barb you know good and well, that if you tried to start up a band I would be there lickity split to help! I'd even bring the young prodigy with her fiddle and see if I could snag the two granddaughters to come along. My daughter tells me they love the two octave lap harps I sent each of them for their birthdays last month so they might think it a lot of fun to play in your band :)
