Was this a one day sale.
At 11:52 am EDT the e-book is not free on the CA and US sites. If it is supposed to be free today and isn't I suggest you get screen shots showing the current time and date and that it is not free. I have heard of authors in the past complaining that their book wasn't free on the free day and customer service saying it was, so their one free day a year option was used up.
It's on Kindle Unlimited in the UK.
I've just downloaded it.
I like Raine's text books but not so much the illustrated ones.
