Just back from a youtube tour of the Bat For Lashes's videos they had.
She has a pretty voice, interesting textures & effects in her music, a nice sound.
Not as offbeat as I had hoped for given some of the influences cited in linked the article,
(I was thinking PJ HARVEY for some reason) but soooo much better than the usual pop dreck...
Thanks for this Puddintane. Something else I mighta missed, having somehow gotten so old and unhip.
