Well, if that wasn't fun...

Yesterday, I posted a blog about a shock when my car stereo started playing the sounds of squealing tires and breaking glass.

This evening I was working on a web page when out my office window, I heard squealing tires. I hurried outside and found that a car had been speeding on the street in front of my house, and couldn't make the turn. He had left skid marks past two and a half houses because he was driving so fast.

Thankfully, he hit the median and not my yard.

Found it interesting that I posted that yesterday, then this happened today. Gotta stop this.

Hmmm!

You don't fancy writing about the end of Covid and having sensible people in government on both sides of the pond, do you?
maybe that scenario is too much to hope for.

Interesting. I tried to

Interesting. I tried to answer last night, and I must not have pressed send. I wouldn't know where to start. Or end!

you think

that's coincidence?

A couple of years ago, I was in full flow writing Gaby, I was getting well into it, she and her team were racing and I slotted some interesting race tactics and moves into the story. The following day, one of the big races, the Tour de France no less, played out almost to the word! Weird huh? well not as weird as the same thing happening for another 3 days, it was like they were reading my words and following my script. It broke on day 5 but there was another 'coincidence' about a week later - I tell ya, well creepy!

Rose, I was sitting in this chair flying a flightsim of a Douglas Dakota from "tower view", that is from outside the aircraft like a radio control model. The program had excellent graphics and sound, and I was enjoying that as over the top of the monitor, and low over our village flew the real thing. A rare and goosebumpy event - we rarely see historic birds around here. To see it at just that moment, on that track was just marvellous.
I hope that your driveway stays peaceful.

I hope so too. My concrete

I hope so too. My concrete pillars with lights have been replaced many times, and in between them, I build a rose trellis today. :-). I know it may seem silly to build that now, but if someone else hits it, their insurance will pay even more now.
