That was the end of winter as far as I was concerned. The actual weather around me was not relevant, because I had that smile to come to each day, and the two months that led to my birthday were filled with laughter and great silliness. It seemed that once I had shown the world whose he was, his shyness evaporated, and there was a curious reaction from the other girls.

My Mom walked me into the church meeting room. I did not want to go and she knew it. I felt like a like a kid as Mommy took me into the classroom. I did not know what to expect. How could a group of men meet, socialize and talk about their breasts?

About 7-8 men were socializing plus several other women were there. Look like the women are with their men, husbands or girlfriends.

Chapter 1 - The girls want to know more about Renée.

Whenever you have a group of girls, together in one house, restaurant, bowling alley, or whereever they may be, you know they have to have all details on this, that and the other. These girls are girls, and they asked Rachel to tell them more about her friend Renée.

"Please don't think that what I'm going to say, I did because I wanted to do it, but because I was angry at myself for not being strong enough to tell me dad where he could unpolitely go."

I buried my head back in the pillow, and noticed the marks. I really, really had to get used to cleaning my face before bed. I didn’t use much, just a bit of stuff round the eyes, mostly, but I could just about guarantee that I would be seeing a raccoon in the mirror.

This chapter deals with the outcome of the incident. The issue is not resolved yet because Arfon is still at large and now even more dangerous having been humiliated. Future scenarios and hopes are also described. Daphne is now 'out' to the police in Machynlleth. It seems she will have to come out fully in short order.

I almost feel ashamed that I never really did much about Remembrance Day before in my life. I don’t like I was that self absorbed even with all the stuff going on as Jaime. Today is an eye opener. I cry for things I hear from the old timers come in and I think I hugged Daddy five or six times.

He’s there for this and he talks to a lot of the veteran’s that have come in and sits ad talks with them. He’s been there himself, he’s seen those things that you just can’t unsee…or stop feeling.

Pure fiction, inspired by two great British Comedians, one of whose characters was the First Gay in the Village. This Queen, however, is anything but gay, unless you count finding out that you’re a lesbian after coming out as a crossdresser! No such village yet exists but, who knows, one day….
